Wiener Börse AG (WBAG) has revoked the admission of financial instruments by A-TEC Industries AG to trading on the regulated market with effect from 11 February 2014. This is the result of a review, commissioned by a procedural order of the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA), to determine whether the conditions for trading on the regulated market are still being met. The revocation is a consequence of a number of serious breaches committed by A-TEC Industries AG of the transparency obligations to which issuers must adhere according to the Stock Exchange Act.
