The licence held by Alpine Equity Management GmbH for the management of alternative investment funds pursuant to Article 6 para. 1 in conjunction with Article 4 para. 1 of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Act (AIFMG; Alternative Investmentfonds Manager-Gesetz) lapses with effect from 31 May 2017 on the basis of being relinquished pursuant to Article 9 para. 2 AIFMG in conjunction with Article 7 para. 1 no. 3 of the Austrian Banking Act (BWG; Bankwesengesetz).
Alpine Equity Management GmbH continues to be active as a registered AIFM pursuant to Article 1 para. 5 AIFMG.
