Notification Office (in accordance with the KMG)

The Oesterreichische Kontrollbank (OeKB) is the notification office in accordance with the Capital Market Act (KMG). The notification office stores prospectuses for a period of 15 years following their submission. Furthermore, the notification office also provides information about compliance with publicity provisions in accordance with the KMG, that are required to be fulfilled by issuers on the capital market. Copies of the stored prospectuses can be made available upon request.
