The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) hereby announces that it has imposed a fine of EUR 4,000 against a responsible person of BAWAG P.S.K. Bank für Arbeit und Wirtschaft und Österreichische Postsparkasse Aktiengesellschaft for a breach of information obligations in relation to framework contracts for payment service users (Article 50 paragraph 2 no. 2 lit. b of the Payment Services Act 2018 (ZaDiG 2018; Zahlungsdienstegesetz 2018) by means of a penal order under the accelerated conclusion of proceedings pursuant to Article 22 paragraph 2b of the Financial Market Authority Act (FMABG; Finanzmarktaufsichtsbehördengesetz). The penal order is final.
