A licence was granted to FINABRO Vermögensverwaltung GmbH (Commercial Register no. FN 495790 d) to act as in investment firm pursuant to Article 3 of the Securities Supervision Act 2018 (WAG 2018; Wertpapieraufsichtsgesetz 2018) by means of an administrative decision on 24 May 2018. Following its admittance to the Anlegerentschädigung für Wertpapierfirmen GmbH (AeW) on 28 July 2018 it is authorised to provide investment advice, portfolio management as well as the receiving and transmitting of orders in relation to financial instruments on a commercial basis pursuant to Article 1 no. 7 items a to d, h and i WAG 2018.
